These Terms govern any visitor's use of the huskies.app website. The website belongs to GENUARI (genuari.com), the sole proprietorship of Ioannis Alexandros Voliotis (VAT 167263227, GEMI 193132003000), Mystra 19, Iraklio Attikis 14122, Greece ("GENUARI", "we"). By browsing the website you accept these Terms.

Use of the Huskies platform is not governed by these Terms but by each customer's agreement with GENUARI and by the terms users accept inside the platform.

2Website Content

The content of the website is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of features, industries and examples are indicative. The content does not constitute an offer to contract; the terms of any subscription are those agreed with the customer.

Articles and guides on the website are not legal, tax or technical advice for your specific situation.

3Forms & Events

When you fill in a demo request or event registration form, you provide accurate details that are your own or that you are entitled to give us. How we process those details is described in the Privacy Policy (https://huskies.gr/privacy).

Where places at an event are limited, registering does not secure a place until we confirm it. We may change the date, programme or venue of an event, or cancel it, and we inform registered participants in good time.

4Acceptable Use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to it or our systems, introduce malicious code, bypass the protection of the forms, submit bulk or automated requests, or scrape its content in a way that burdens its operation.

5Intellectual Property

The text, images, videos, design and the “Huskies” and “GENUARI” marks belong to GENUARI or are used under licence. You may view the website and share links to it. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our written permission.

6Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7Availability & Liability

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that its content will always be complete and up to date. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the website or from being unable to use it.

Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded (Greek Civil Code, Article 332), and nothing here affects the rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
