Privacy Policy

1Who We Are

Huskies is a project and operations management platform for businesses, a product of GENUARI (genuari.com), the sole proprietorship of Ioannis Alexandros Voliotis ("GENUARI", "we"). Our company details are at the end of this page.

This Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit the huskies.app website, contact us, are our customer, or use the Huskies platform (web and mobile app).

2Our Role

• Controller: for website data, our communication with you, the management of our customers, and the security and operation of the platform.
• Processor: for the data our customers and their users enter into the platform. The controller of that data is the customer, usually your employer. We process it only on the customer's instructions and under the Data Processing Agreement we have with it. If you are a platform user, your organisation can tell you more, and a detailed notice is available inside the platform.

3Data We Collect

• Data you give us: name, contact details, company and message when you fill in a demo request or event registration form or contact us; contract and billing details if you are a customer.
• Account data: the name, username, contact details, role and settings of platform users.
• Platform content: what users enter, such as records, messages, files, photos and signatures, and questions to the artificial-intelligence features.
• Location: in the mobile app, only when the user's organisation enables it and the user grants permission on the device.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, notification identifiers, logs and error reports.

4How We Use Data

• To answer requests and run events. Basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To provide the platform to our customers. Basis: the contract with the customer and its instructions (Articles 6(1)(b) and 28 GDPR).
• For contracts, invoicing and our tax obligations. Basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• For the security, abuse prevention and stability of the website and the platform. Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To send you service updates. We send marketing messages only with your consent or, to existing customers, about similar services of ours, with an opt-out in every message.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5Artificial Intelligence

Some platform features use artificial-intelligence models from third-party providers. Data sent to them is limited to what the specific feature needs, and the providers do not use it to train their models. AI output is informational, and we do not make decisions that significantly affect you based solely on automated processing.

6Recipients

We share data only as far as needed, with the following categories of recipients:

• service providers that support us, such as hosting and infrastructure, email and notification delivery, error monitoring, artificial intelligence, spam protection and internal communication, bound by data processing agreements
• third-party services that a customer itself enables in the platform, on its own instructions
• professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, as far as required
• public authorities, only where required by law or a court order
• a successor to the business in the event of a transfer, with the same safeguards

The list of sub-processors is available to our customers under the Data Processing Agreement.

7International Transfers

Platform data is stored within the European Union. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases data is transferred only to countries with an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. More information is available on request.

8Retention

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows. Platform data is kept according to the customer's instructions and deleted after the contract ends, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

9Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, such as encryption, access control and the separation of each customer's data. No system is completely secure, so we review our measures regularly. In the event of a data breach we inform our customers and, where required, the competent authority and the people concerned.

10Cookies

The website uses only necessary cookies and local storage. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To protect the forms from spam we use Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only once you start filling in a form; Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply to it.

You can change your choice via the “Cookies” link in the website footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

11Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. To exercise a right, write to us at contact@genuari.com.

If your data was entered into the platform by your organisation, please contact it first; if you write to us, we will forward your request and assist it. For account deletion, see https://huskies.gr/data-deletion

We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (https://www.dpa.gr).

12Minors

The website and the platform are intended for professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about minors on our own behalf.

13Changes

We may update this Policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page, and we inform our customers of material changes in advance.
