This page covers the Huskies app (Huskies by GENUARI, genuari.com) as listed on Google Play. Huskies is a B2B platform: your employer organization is the data Controller and GENUARI is the data Processor. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator, not by users themselves.

2How to request deletion

• Option A — Contact your organization's administrator, who can delete your account and data directly inside the platform.
• Option B — Email contact@genuari.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address of your account.
• Include: your full name, the account email/username, and your organization's name.
• We verify your identity with the organization (the Controller) and proceed with deletion under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3Data that is deleted

• Account details: name, email, phone, username
• Content you created: records, chat messages, attachments and photos
• Location data: GPS history from field-work tracking

4Data that is retained & retention periods

• Location data: automatically deleted after 30 days
• Data required by law (e.g. invoicing/accounting) or minimal security logs: kept for the legally required period
• Backups: any residual copies are purged within 45 days, as the encrypted backups rotate

5Time to complete

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Active data is removed immediately, and any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within the backup retention cycle (up to 45 days).
